Signatory Whisky
Signatory whisky er en uafhængig aftapper af Scotch Whisky. Signatory laver eksklusiv Scotch Whisky og ved at vælge nogle få fade fra enkelte destillerier, nogle få partier og destilleringer, laver Signatory det de kalder “single, single, single malt whisky”. Aftapperen kendt for deres Cask Strength Collection såvel som The un-chillfiltered Collection. I dag ligger Signatory tæt på Highland destilleriet og er i dag en af de største uafhængige aftappere i verden og er blevet kåret til den bedste uafhængige aftapper i The Whisky Magazine. Navnet Signatory kommer fra den originale (men senere skrinlagte) plan om at hver eneste flaske skulle underskrives.
